Service Description

Event Highlight Video Package Capture the energy and key moments of your event with a professionally crafted cinematic highlight film, designed to tell the story of your day in a polished and engaging format. This package includes up to 5 hours of on-site coverage by an experienced videographer, capturing key moments, guest interactions, venue atmosphere, and event highlights. Included in this package: • Up to 5 hours of professional event video coverage (on site filming including bump in and bump out) • Cinematic 2 minute highlight film with professional editing, colour grading, and audio enhancement • Full recordings of speeches delivered as individually edited video files • Standard delivery via secure online download link • Videos delivered in 1080HD quality • Client music selection available prior to commencement of editing if required, using licensed music cleared for online and social media use • Personal, editorial, and social media usage rights included (commercial or paid advertising use by agreement only) Optional add-ons: • Extended 3–5 minute highlight film: +$500 • Fast turnaround delivery (7 days): +$500 (subject to availability and event complexity) Additional information: • One round of minor revisions is included in the final edit • Additional revision requests may incur extra charges • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on workload, event complexity, and external factors beyond control Customised options available by request. Ideal for corporate events, awards nights, conferences, private celebrations, and organisational functions. This package is not available for weddings.


Cancellation Policy

Full Terms & Conditions can be found on my website (jamesmcphersonphotography.com) ​Confirmation of booking (including holding dates), either verbally or in writing, confirms the Client(s)’s acceptance of these terms & conditions. These T&C’s shall apply to all or any services booked through James McPherson and or James McPherson Photography. ​ Payment Terms: All Client(s)s must make 50% deposit prior to project or service commencement unless otherwise agreed. James McPherson Photography does not release final images until full payment has been made. All invoices must be paid within 7 business days of the invoice date. Booking & Cancellation Fee: The 50% deposit secures your booking & is not refundable for change of mind or cancelation. Cancellations & change of mind up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the scheduled booking will incur a charge of the 50% deposit. Cancellations & change of mind within 48 hours or less before the scheduled booking will incur a charge of the full fee for the service. The Client(s) shall also be responsible for payment for any of the Photographer’s material charges incurred up to time of cancellation. For booking postponements, James McPherson Photography reserves the right to charge a fee if costs have been incurred &/or there is insufficient time to rebook. Please contact James McPherson Photography as soon as possible to discuss any changes to circumstances or alterations to your booking.
