Event Photo & Highlight Video Package A complete visual storytelling package combining professional photography and cinematic video coverage to capture the key moments, atmosphere, and energy of your event. Designed for corporate functions, conferences, awards nights, and private events, this package delivers both high-quality imagery and a professionally edited highlight film for lasting impact and promotional use. Package Pricing • Photography Coverage (5 hours) • Video Coverage (5 hours + 2 min highlight film) Combined Package Total: $3,300 Included in this package Photography Coverage • Up to 5 hours of professional event photography coverage • Candid moments, guest interactions, keynote speakers, venue details, and key event highlights • Professionally edited high-resolution images • Delivered via secure online gallery in web and print-ready formats Video Coverage • Up to 5 hours of professional event video coverage • Cinematic 2 minute highlight film with professional editing, colour grading, and audio enhancement • Full recordings of speeches delivered as individually edited video files • Delivered in 1080HD quality Delivery & Editing: • Secure online gallery and download delivery • Client music selection available prior to commencement of editing if required, using licensed music cleared for online and social media use • One round of minor revisions included for the video edit • Additional revisions may incur extra charges • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on workload, event complexity, and external factors beyond control Usage Rights: • Personal, editorial, and social media usage rights included • Commercial or paid advertising use by agreement only Optional Add-ons: • Extended 3–5 minute highlight film: +$500 • Fast turnaround delivery (7 days): +$500 (subject to availability and workload) • Extended coverage beyond 5 hours is available at $500 per additional hour, covering both photography and videography services Ideal For: Corporate events, conferences, awards nights, product launches, networking events, private celebrations, and organisational functions. This package is not available for weddings.
Cancellation Policy
Full Terms & Conditions can be found on my website (jamesmcphersonphotography.com) Confirmation of booking (including holding dates), either verbally or in writing, confirms the Client(s)’s acceptance of these terms & conditions. These T&C’s shall apply to all or any services booked through James McPherson and or James McPherson Photography. Payment Terms: All Client(s)s must make 50% deposit prior to project or service commencement unless otherwise agreed. James McPherson Photography does not release final images until full payment has been made. All invoices must be paid within 7 business days of the invoice date. Booking & Cancellation Fee: The 50% deposit secures your booking & is not refundable for change of mind or cancelation. Cancellations & change of mind up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the scheduled booking will incur a charge of the 50% deposit. Cancellations & change of mind within 48 hours or less before the scheduled booking will incur a charge of the full fee for the service. The Client(s) shall also be responsible for payment for any of the Photographer’s material charges incurred up to time of cancellation. For booking postponements, James McPherson Photography reserves the right to charge a fee if costs have been incurred &/or there is insufficient time to rebook. Please contact James McPherson Photography as soon as possible to discuss any changes to circumstances or alterations to your booking.
